However, if you’re more sensitive to cold (especially women or colder sleepers), we recommend paying close attention to the T-Comfort rating.
Temperature ranges are determined in accordance with EN ISO 23537 and are based on laboratory tests using standard male and female thermal models in a controlled environment.
⚠️ Important! Thermal sensation is highly individual. Factors such as fatigue, nutrition, hydration, previous cold exposure, health, age, body fat, and even stress can influence how warm or cold you feel in a sleeping bag.
