Sleeping bags
The most important features:
- Quilted down duvet
- The perfect solution for a camper for the summer
- Universal size suitable for people up to 195 cm tall
- Filling – down and feathers from Polish duck in proportions 91/9
- Filling elasticity – 700 cuin
- Nylon 20D WR (Water Repellent – with hydrophobic properties) was used both inside and outside the sleeping bag. Its main advantages? High durability, low weight, difficult moisture penetration
- Zipper on the left side of the sleeping bag. Can be combined with another sleeping bag from the same series (with a zipper on the right side)
- Possibility of convenient opening of the lock both from above and below
- Anti-Bite System – on both sides of the zipper, the material is sewn in a way that prevents it from cutting into the zipper.
- Drawstring – made of rubber, allows for smooth adjustment of the circumference of the upper part of the sleeping bag
- Fluorescent puller, so you can find it easily even at night
- Envelope construction that, when fastened, creates a classic rectangular sleeping bag
- When packed, the quilt bag with a zipper turns into a pillow with a delicate “velvet” surface
Technology:
DOWN
The DROM down duvet is made of Polish duck filling. The feather down content is 91/9 and the elasticity is 700 cuin. We also have to boast – we fill our sleeping bags in Poland!
Description
The thermal parameters of this sleeping bag were estimated based on tests of 9 different models of Fjord Nansen sleeping bags in the laboratory. Therefore, you can rely on our recommended temperatures.
Temperature range:
Note: the name includes T lim – this is the lowest temperature at which a “standard man” can sleep comfortably. Women or people who get cold easily should take into account the T comfort thermal parameter when choosing a sleeping bag.
Temperature ranges according to the EN 23537 standard – they refer to a standard man and a standard woman after medium exercise.
ATTENTION! Sometimes it may happen that the feeling of cold will be different for different people. The way we feel cold is also influenced by factors such as fatigue, hunger, malaise, previous hypothermia, age, metabolism, thickness of fat tissue, etc.
Upper comfort limit (T max) – the temperature at which a “standard man” does not sweat and excessive temperature does not disturb his sleep.
Comfort (T comf) – the temperature at which a person is in thermal equilibrium and does not feel cold. This value refers to a “standard”, well-fed woman after moderate exercise. Women should consider this parameter when choosing a sleeping bag.
Limit Temperature (T lim) – The lowest temperature at which a “standard man” can sleep comfortably. Men should take this parameter into account when choosing a sleeping bag.
Extreme temperature (T min) – exceeding this value causes the risk of hypothermia and means conditions in which you can survive for a maximum of six hours (a parameter based on the feelings of the “average woman”). This temperature should not be taken into account when purchasing a sleeping bag.
